Best Pet Birds

I live in Gippsland, Victoria, does anybody know of any African Grey Parrot breeders in the area?

Any information on breeders I could visit to choose a bird would be great I don’t want to go to a Pet Shop as they charge probably twice what a breeder would and you don’t get much of a choice
